Creating a Culture of Learning By Doing

Timely article on the issue schools are facing in transitioning learning from "mastery of content" to "ability to apply content. "

Norm Langston at FBC Beaverton has employed "nsteps" as a possible bridge to help change the conversation in the church he pastors.

Where do you begin? For these school leaders it began by challenging the current scorecard and putting in place a new scorecard. What you celebrate people will want to emulate. Next, introduce meaningful tasks. The doing which proves the heart change, mind mastery, etc.

What do you think? Do we need a new score card to making disciples in our church plants and in our churches?
