Focus on making disciples and not on making the church. Make disciples and the church will happen. God promises to grow his Church.

Multiplication is a natural and healthy process. We shouldn't have to force it.

What keeps multiplication from happening? How are CO2's going? Inside a house church, CO2 must be growing, moving....Look deeper than the large group. Where do leaders come from in simple church? It comes from healthy CO2's.

Time span of 2 years of a disciple to lead a house church. DNA is easily adapted by new believers. Simple church and Traditional church need to complement one another. Shift the responsibility to INTENTIONALLY making disciples. Ask people to listen for who needs to be CO2 partner, who facilitates, etc.

It takes all type of churches to reach all kinds of people. We are all priest (eliminate the pastor/clergy division). Simple church is easily transferable, multiplies quickly, leadership development....
