What Makes Employees Unhappy?

Employees might not be jumping ship but a majority are DISGRUNTLED.  If it wasn't for a sluggish economy more of your staff/employees would probably be jumping ship.  Perhaps, this infograph can help you develop strategies to bring more workplace SATISFACTION!

But if you really want to keep people happy around the office, give them meaningful work.  Help them understand how the job they do is significant to the purpose, strategy, vision and goals of the company. This will make them truly HAPPY!!!!
