A Portland Plan NEEDS Portland PLANTS (New Churches in the Neighborhood)

Portland recently adopted a plan for the future.  It is called the Portland Plan.

Portland is a city with a future.  The future requires us to take action now.  Will you join us in seeing new churches started in one of the many 20-minute communities throughout Portland?  Portlanders are seeking EQUITY and OPPORTUNITY for their youth, for their neighborhoods,  and for their economy.  

Equity and opportunity will come, but it should not come in a vacuum of churchless neighborhoods.  We need followers of Christ to root themselves--plant themselves--in a community for the welfare of the community.
