LOVE.....
How do you cultivate LOVE in difficult contexts?
Principles to cultivate LOVE:
1. Identification. Your destiny has to be tied with the people you are serving. Godly Leaders (theology). Leadership (brand). Entrepreuners (project)....Incarnational presence (heart swept up with the community you serve). This will move you with COMPASSION.
2. Authority to partner, bless and serve the community! "....our lives as well..."
We don't need celebrity pastors, or banders, or managers of project, BUT the church needs leaders whose HEARTS will break for the community.
Ignore contemporary church sub-culture, make it simple:
Passion for God and Compassion for People
