Why not try to improve in one of these three areas this year:
1. Become a better LISTENER. Listening to understand requires discipline. Discipline yourself as a leader to grow as a listener.
2. Become more curious by ASKING questions. As a leader the temptation is to think you have all the answers. Learn to ask questions to grow in wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
3. Become a SERVANT leader. Grow in your ability to serve others. Instead of trying to get people on your agenda, learn how to come alongside others to help them fulfill their own goals in 2012.
