What is the Paradox of the Planter?

"The paradox for the planter is that what drives to plant --a heart to reach lost people --is often hindered by planting the church."

Here lies the problem: we are more concerned about "panting the church" (Is planting a church the right goal?) God commands us to make disciples.

Unfortunately the PARADOX wins because it is easier to "plant a church" with those who are already "planted" and do a Sunday morning attractional event. It is harder to make disciples of those who are not yet dsciples.
