Question: How much of your week (time/energy/attention/emotion) do you devote for preparing for your main weekly worship gathering as a single staff pastor? On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being "high" how would you rate this as a priority?
If you have a team, how many hours does the team give to make the gathering significant?
