School will soon be in session in the West and the long days of summer are coming to an end. Fall is around the corner and we started football practice last week.
With fall the onslaught of meetings and trainings are here as well. Which begs the question, "Why does summer have to end?" Sorry. It begs another question, "How can we make these meetings more constructive?"
Thankfully Mark has some suggestions (I especially like the one on standing). So, if you are giving leadership to a meeting, here are some suggestions to make them constructive for you and those attending.....
