GCR Passess: What will YOU do? #GCR #sbc2010

Now that the GCR has been adopted by the SBC.  What will it mean for you?  Not, what will it mean for the SBC.  Not, what will it mean for the church.  BUT, what will it mean for you? as a leader? as a follower of Jesus?

The discussions are over.  The vote is done.  What will you do?

What one word would you use to describe how you will embrace the Great Commission?

Gospel?  Jesus? Go?  Send? Mobilize?  Give?  Pray?  Relocate?  Sacrifice?

The state I live in, as a missionary, desperately needs to hear the good news found in Jesus.  Would you consider leaving family, friends, church, job and comfort and relocate your life in the NW?

Would you consider gathering a team of seminary friends, peers, to invest the next 20 years of your life tangibly expanding God's Kingdom in a place like Portland, OR?

The GCR is about you and about me.  Join me in the NW living out the gospel of Jesus in the 6th irreligious state in North America.

Join me in planting churches to make a difference.  Adopt one of our current church plants for the next 10 years through your great commission giving.

It is your responsibility.  What will you do?

Wes
